Before I went to Barnes&Nobles I stopped by the King House (Amanda's house in SMK) in Burbank and took this picture. I was surprised how much it really looked like it did in the series.

Bruce just came into the Barnes & Nobles Bookstore in Encino, brought his coffee, welcomed everybody and started to answer questions about his book and other topics.

My highlight of the Q&A was when I asked a question for Anke (and for those of you who don’t know Anke…… ;-) . Well the question was "Did they really use the real Porsche when it went over the cliff". After Bruce explained to everybody who Anke is (sorry Anke… could not help myself) he looked at me with a blank expression and then said "I honestly don’t remember, but I don’t believe they would trash a Porsche Boxter, this was probably a shell". I was happy with the answer but that's when he got started to tell us how they got the corvette and how much he loved that car. He joked, that he was that he was this highly trained operative who could not hold on to his gun in so many scenes and then Amanda had to come with the frying pan and rescue everybody.

We laughed really hard when he recalled having the corvette in the street and the police was there and everything was roped off for them and he would speed down the street with 80 MPH and Kate would sit next to him holding on for dear life yelling "Slow down, slow down"."

He talked about a lot of other stuff like Audio Books, Babylon 5, Melissa and Mikey, and more that I really can’t remember (no video was taken at this signing). After the Q&A Session they started the signing.

Listening to stories from us during the signing.

Getting my picture with Bruce – he was trying to grow a beard for the movie Gods & Generals at that time.

Telling us a story how he used to have Martha Smith’s centerfold in his SMK trailer and she would never dare to come into his trailer, even though he said he would leave the door open so people did not get the wrong idea.

Unwrapping some of his presents from a fan.

Loading the car – he had so much to carry that we all walked out to help him load his truck.

Signing the Store Poster – it took him awhile to come up with something and we laughed a lot about that.

After we were done loading the car Bruce called Melissa to let her know that he would be home soon.

This signing was a wonderful experience and my second time meeting Bruce. Since the setting was very small, 30 people overall and about 12 "Signing Girls" (as he called us Fans that night) everybody got a lot of time to interact with him, even when he was signing other things. He was very relaxed that night and I think he had a good time.
